You can log in to My Zone
using ZoneID username and password or Facebook. If account is associated with Facebook, then in the future there is no need to use a password.
When creating a ZoneID account, the customer sets the username and password for their account. The password can be changed later in My Zone
control panel by right-clicking on the username in the top right corner and then selecting Settings
.
Next step is to click Security
and you will be asked to enter your password once again. After entering the password choose Password settings
.
The ZoneID username will be included in the notification sent to your contact address when you create your account.
If the current password is lost, it can be changed by clicking forgot password
on the zone.eu website under My Zone
. ZoneID username and contact email address of the account must be entered, and link for password change will be sent to your ZoneID contact address.
NB! In order to log in using Facebook or SmartID, the ZoneID user account must first be linked to the corresponding external authentication tool.
ZoneID can be linked to an external authentication tool in the My Zone
control panel by right-clicking on the username in the top right corner and then selecting Settings
.
Account can only be associated with authentication services by the owner and this can be done only after logging in with username and password.
