Smart-ID is available for use in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
To log in with Smart-ID, you must first connect it to your ZoneID account as a mean of authentication.
Connecting your identity
In order to connect Smart-ID to your ZoneID account, log in to the My Zone admin panel with your username and password, then clickon your username and proceed to Settings > Security. Enter your password once more.
Next choose Associated identities.
Choose Smart-ID.
Choose your country (Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania) and enter your personal identity number. Click Start to continue.
The Smart-ID application will open on your smart device.
NB! Before entering your PIN1, make sure the query comes from Zone Media and the four digit number on your screen matches the verification code.
The identity will be connected to the account and is added to the list of connected identities
Logging in using username and password will automatically be disabled after connecting your identity. If you wish to be able to log in with username and password in addition to Smart-ID, you will need to reallow it under Security > Password settings.
Logging in to My Zone
To log in using Smart-ID, choose Login on the upper right of the Zone website.
You will be directed to the login page, choose Log in with Smart-ID.
Enter your personal identity code and click on Start.
The Smart-ID application will open on your smart device.

If you entered the PIN1 successfully, you will be logged in.
