Premium and Ultimate mailboxes require an additional small fee and are intended for the professional e-mail user or enthusiast. These plans have individual storage, that is not affected by the hosting plan, and does not contribute to the hosting plan’s cumulative storage.

Increasing account size
Premium and Ultimate accounts can be activated via My Zone admin panel.
After logging in with your user account, choose Web hosting, E-mail and Mailboxes.
In the mailbox listing choose the account where you want to increase the size limit and click on the Pencil icon.
In the Storage package section click on the pencil icon once again.
On the next page already choose the most suiting package you want. Billing will start automatically.
